Sound familiar

You already know where it hurts.

None of this shows up on a report. It is just the part of the week you stopped noticing, because it has always been like that.

  • A good lead calls

Whoever picks up is not you. They are friendly, they answer the question, and they never ask for the sale. You find out three weeks later that the person went somewhere else.

  • Saturday, sometime

Your signup form quietly broke. You found out Tuesday, if you found out at all. A slow week and a broken form look exactly the same from where you are sitting.

  • The end of the month

You know roughly what came in. You are a lot less sure where it went. A couple of payments failed weeks ago and nobody caught them.

  • Somebody quits

Half of what they knew walks out with them, because it lived in their head and nobody ever wrote it down.

  • Every single day

You are the only one who can do the thing. So you do the thing. Then you do it again tomorrow.

  • Sunday night

You are catching up on the week you already worked, wondering why more revenue has not made any of this easier.

Why it keeps happening

It is not that you are bad at this.

Every one of those needs somebody to remember, or to know how, or to have the time. In most businesses that somebody is the owner. So it gets done in a good week and skipped in a busy one, and most weeks are busy ones.

Your business grew one decision at a time. Nobody ever sat down and organized it. That is not a character flaw. It is what happens when you are busy being good at the actual job.

So that is the work. We find the parts costing you the most, then we build them, write them down, and teach your people to run them. AI shows up wherever it makes that cheaper. It is not the pitch, and we are not going to talk about it much.

You are not disorganized. You are doing four jobs and getting paid for one.

What we actually do

Three things, and we do all three.

Most people who sell you one of these cannot do the other two, which is usually why the first one never sticks. Each one here has a person who owns it and does nothing else. Small team on purpose: you get the person who does the work, not whoever was free that week.

  1. 01

We teach your people to sell

What to say when the phone rings. What to say when they ask the price. How to follow up without being weird about it. Your team gets the words, and they practice them until they are not reading.

So you can close more of the leads you are already paying to get.

Who does it — Trains sales teams for a living and runs a business doing $5M a year on the same methods.

  2. 02

    We build the systems

Follow-up, billing, reminders, review asks, new customer setup. The jobs that only happen when somebody remembers get handed to something that always remembers. It runs on the tools you already pay for, we keep it working, and we tell you what it found.

So you can stop losing money to jobs nobody had time to do.

Who does it — Four locations in the Omaha metro, $1.5M tracking this year. Everything on this site runs in them first.

  3. 03

    We organize the operation

How the place runs gets written down and taught, instead of living in your head and one good manager. A new hire learns it in a week. Nothing falls over because one person is out sick.

So you can leave for a week and have it run the same.

Who does it — Owns the paperwork, the process, and the order the place runs in. The least glamorous of the three and usually the one that was missing.

None of this comes out of a box. We sit down with you and build it around how your business actually runs: your tools, your people, your way of doing things. Then we keep it running. Things break, platforms change, and somebody has to be watching. That is the part you are paying us for after the build.

Who we help

Businesses where the same three things are always broken.

These all run on appointments, memberships or jobs booked ahead. That shared shape is why the same work moves the number in every one of them.

  • Music, dance, martial arts and tutoring

    We own these

We own four of these. Every system on this site was built here first, on our own customers and our own money.

Why it works here — Enrollment is recurring, so one customer you keep instead of lose is worth years, not one sale.

  • Gyms and boutique fitness

Memberships do not leave loudly. They fade, or a card fails and nobody notices for two months.

Why it works here — Failed payments and silent churn are exactly what a system catches and a busy front desk never will.

  • Swim and driving schools

Demand arrives in waves. The phone drowns in the exact weeks the money is on the table.

Why it works here — The surge is predictable, so the follow-up and scheduling can be built ahead of it instead of survived.

  • Home services and trades

The call comes while you are in an attic. Quotes go out and then sit there with nobody chasing them.

Why it works here — The ticket is high enough that recovering one job a month covers the work several times over.

  • Clinics, dental, chiro and med spa

The cheapest revenue you have is the patient list you already own, and almost nobody works it.

Why it works here — Recall, reactivation and review asks are date-driven, which makes them the easiest thing in the building to automate.

  • Salons and studios

Rebooking is the whole business, and it depends on somebody asking at the chair.

Why it works here — Rebooking prompts and follow-up run on a clock, so they stop depending on who was working that day.

If you are somewhere near this and you are not sure, ask. We will tell you honestly whether the same work applies to you, and we will say no if it does not.

What it returns

Here is one month of it, in our own four locations.

This is the part nobody sells you, because it is unglamorous: money that was already yours, sitting where nobody could see it. These are real numbers from a single month.

$975sitting unpaid
Six overdue invoices nobody had chased. The month-end sweep found another $135 from the month before, which a normal chase would have missed for good.
281customers never asked
People well past the point where they would have happily left a review, who had simply never been asked, because nobody was tracking the date.
0alerts arriving, and we caught it
One of our own alarms was pointed at a service that had been turned off. Every alert vanished silently. We found it because something was checking the checkers — which is the entire reason we build that layer.

The last one is the point. Nobody is immune to this, including us — the difference is whether something is watching closely enough to catch it in a week instead of a year. That layer ships with everything we build, and we will not call a thing live until it can tell us that it is.

How it works

What happens after you apply

The first three cost nothing. If it is not a fit you hear that from us in the first week, not four weeks in.

Your growth systems are built, live, and working within 30 days — or you do not pay the setup.

  1. 01

    You apply

    Free · 3 min

Three minutes of questions so we can see whether this fits. If it does not, we tell you, and that is the end of it.

  2. 02

    We look at your business

    Free

How leads reach you and what happens to them. How your team sells. Where money goes out that should not. You get that read whether or not you hire us.

  3. 03

    We talk it through

    Free · 30 min

Half an hour. We tell you which of the three is costing you the most, what we would do about it, and exactly what it costs. No deck.

  4. 04

    We build it

    30 days, fixed scope

Built around how your business already runs, on the tools you already pay for. Everything is proven on your real data before it touches a customer.

  5. 05

We run it, and you get the report

    Then monthly

Your team is trained on the parts they touch, and the way the place runs is written down so the next hire learns it too. We keep the systems working, tune them, and send you a monthly read on what they actually did. You do not maintain anything.

Case study zero

The first business this ran was ours.

Omaha, Bellevue, Elkhorn, Gretna— four locations and a front desk that could not be in four places at once. Everything on this page was built to fix that, on our own customers and our own money, before it was ever offered to anyone else. An agency two thousand miles away that has never run a business does not have that story.

Why work with us

We built the thing we sell.

  • Started in Zach’s house, and grew to four locations and almost 700 enrolled students a month.
  • Grown other owners’ businesses, not just our own.
  • Hired to consult by marketing companies and radio stations.
  • Featured on KETV NewsWatch for building the schools.
  • Best of Omaha and Best Music Teacher awards.
  • 113k YouTube subscribers.
  • Flown out for business podcasts, including Brad Lea’s Dropping Bombs.

Zach got here through guitar. Won a national competition in 2017, wrote a best-selling book on practice efficiency, turned teaching it into four schools. Same skill either way — find the few reps that actually move the needle, drill them until they're automatic, delete everything else. That is the method the whole company runs on.

Fit

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

A fit

Owner-operated local service businesses.

$500K–$5M a year, 5–40 staff.

Within about 45 minutes of Omaha — we want to be able to walk in.

30+ inbound inquiries a month that are currently being lost.

  • music and dance schools
  • martial arts
  • tutoring centers
  • gyms and boutique fitness
  • swim and driving schools
  • home services and trades
  • clinics, dental and chiro
  • med spa and salons

Not a fit

  • outside the Omaha metro — we are not taking remote installs yet
  • under $25K a month in revenue
  • fewer than 30 inquiries a month
  • no existing lead flow to work with
  • unwilling to change how the front desk operates

The honest comparison

Most owners solve this by hiring somebody.

That is the real alternative, so it is the one worth comparing against. Here is where each one actually wins.

A system we runA person you hire
Works nights, weekends, holidaysAlwaysNo
Forgets the follow-upNeverOn a busy week

We are not telling you to fire anybody. The good ones should be selling and looking after customers, not remembering to chase an invoice. That is the split.

Questions

The things owners ask

What does this actually cost?

A one-time fee to build it, then a monthly fee to run and watch it. Both numbers come out on the first call, before you have spent anything but half an hour. We are not going to make you sit through a pitch to find out what it costs.

How much of my time does this take?

Around four hours across the first two weeks: one session mapping how inquiries reach you today, one reviewing the replies before anything goes live, and one training your front desk. After that it runs without you.

Do we have to rip out the tools we already use?

No. We build on top of what you already pay for: your booking tool, your payment platform, your calendar. Ripping things out is how these projects die in month two, and it means learning everything twice. Your customer data never leaves your accounts.

Am I buying software, or hiring you?

You are hiring us. Your customer data is yours and stays exportable, always. The systems themselves are ours to build, run and keep working, and that is the point — you are not taking on another tool to maintain, you are taking on the team that maintains it.

What if it does not work?

It is built, live and working inside 30 days, or you do not pay the setup. That is a thing we control, so we can promise it. We will not guarantee your revenue, because your revenue depends on things we do not control, and anybody who guarantees it is promising you something they cannot keep.

When is this the wrong fit?

If you are getting fewer than about thirty inquiries a month, this is the wrong problem to solve. There is nothing for the system to respond to, and you would be automating an empty pipeline. Fix demand first — we will tell you that on the call.

Why should I trust a team whose background is music?

Because we are not a vendor, we are customers of our own work. Four locations, over a million a year, every system on this site running in them first. The other half of this team trains sales for a living and runs a $5M business on the same methods. The music is just where the method came from.

Work with us

Apply to work with us.

You make more money, you keep more of it, and running the place stops being the hardest part of your week. We build it, then we keep it running: watched every day, fixed when it breaks, tuned as the business changes. That is what the monthly is for.

Your growth systems are built, live, and working within 30 days — or you do not pay the setup.

A few questions so we can tell you whether this fits, before either of us spends time on a call. Three minutes. If it is not a fit we will say so, and that will be the end of it.

So we can look you up before we talk.

Calls, texts and form fills from people who are not yet customers.

Your CRM, booking tool, or "a notebook and voicemail" — whatever is true.

In your words. This is the sentence we close on.
